1 overview

1.1zcw10-40.5g/t1600-31.5 the open type combination appliance is a set of combination appliance which USES air as outer insulation SF6 gas as arc extinguishing medium.
Control and protection of 40.5kV transmission and distribution system for three-phase ac, also used for connecting circuit breakers and open and close capacitor Banks.
It is suitable for urban substation, enterprise substation and mountainous substation with land shortage.

The product has the following characteristics:

1) the circuit breaker, isolating switch, grounding switch, current transformer, SF6 voltage transformer, lightning arrester, bus and other elements are organically combined on the grounding steel structure bracket, which is compact in structure.
 

2) it occupies only 30%-50% of the space of the split type, which has the remarkable characteristics of saving land and reducing project cost.
 

3) the whole interval factory is prefabricated, the assembly and all debugging are completed before leaving the factory, and the whole transportation is carried to the installation site, which greatly reduces the installation period.
 

4) the new generation of high-performance arc extinguishing chamber, SF6 voltage transformer and composite insulator arrester are adopted, which basically has no maintenance and high reliability

5) the self-supporting bus prefabricated in the factory in the interval does not need steel frame and insulator.
 

6) flexible layout, can be used for a variety of wiring.
 

1.2 ZCW10 is equipped with an optimized self-energy arc extinguishing chamber and A ct10-a spring operating mechanism.
 

1.3 ZCW10 implements national standards gb1984-2003, gb11032-89 and gb1985-2004, and meets the requirements of international electrotechnical commission standards iec62271-100:2001, iec99-4 and iec62271-102:2002 and iec60694:2002.
The other components are equipped to meet the requirements of their respective national standards.
 

2. Operating environment:

2.1 this product is an outdoor product and can also be used indoors.

A. elevation: not exceeding 2000 meters.
 

B. Ambient temperature: -30℃-- +40℃ (special requirements: -40℃-- +40℃).
 

C. Relative humidity: daily average is no more than 95%, and monthly average is no more than 90% (25℃).
 

D. Wind speed: no more than 35 m/s.
 

E. impurity level Ⅳ, porcelain set of creepage distance is greater than 1450 mm (nominal creepage distance is greater than 31 mm/kV).
 

F. No flammable, explosive, chemical corrosion and violent vibration occasions.

G. Seismic intensity: not exceeding 8 degrees.
 

H. Ice thickness shall not be greater than 10mm.
